Khmer silk weaving collection (1)

A collection of hand-spun, handwoven silk textiles created by six women in a small village near the border of Vietnam and Cambodia.

Discovered by chance during my travels, each textile reflects the individual hand and weaving style of its maker. Woven slowly using traditional Khmer techniques, these are pieces of textile art created for the home.

Each design can be made to order in selected lengths and widths, making every piece beautifully personal.
